The total liability of Blurr for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Extension shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid, if any, to use the Extension during the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blurr, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.
